- Organizations that do not have a 501(c)3 designation, but rather a 501(c)4, 501(c)6 or other nonprofit status, do not qualify.
- K-12 schools, colleges and universities. Acceptable exceptions include independent charter schools. Please see our Skooqs Enterprise Plan.
- Commerce and trade associations without charitable aims or activities benefiting non-members
- Political and labor organizations
- Individuals

- Social impact organizations with a mission consistent with a public or community benefit to children
- Orphanages and Care homes for children

NAMIBIA
- NGO Registration Certificate from Local Companies Registration Office
NIGERIA

SOUTH AFRICA
- Associations, foundations, or cooperatives with tax-deductibility registered with the Ministry of Interior or the Ministry of Culture, Education, and Sports.

- Certificate of NGO Registration from Local Government, Articles and Memorandum of Association
2. Social impact organizations with a mission consistent with a public or community benefit
- Governing documentation that states your mission and how all your activities are focused on achieving this mission.
- “Mission consistent with a public or community benefit” means a social, environmental, cultural or economic mission that aims to tackle social problems by improving communities, people’s life chances or the environment.

- The governing documents of your organization must clearly spell out your mission and show that all your activities are focused on achieving this mission (rather than creating a profit).

- The governing documents of your organization must clearly spell out your mission and show that all your activities are focused on achieving this mission (rather than solely creating a profit).
- Your organization also needs to show proof in financial documentation that it reinvests the majority of any profit it makes into achieving it’s public or community mission.
